There were questions I missed being able to answer because she kept cutting me off. She acted as if she couldn’t get off the visit quick enough. She didn’t take any of my concerns serious about gaining weight and upcoming surgeries that will most likely make me gain more weight because I will go into menopause. So I’m seeking services elsewhere.

Compassionate care that all of the staff provide from scheduling an appointment to being face-to-face with my provider. There have been times when I have gotten off track with my eating, and they provided resources to help me get back on the right path.

Why is it that I have to see three different people when I am scheduled up an appointment with one of them? Why do I have to keep repeating myself to each person? If I have an appointment with Stephanie, then it should just be with Stephanie.
