Compassionate care that all of the staff provide from scheduling an appointment to being face-to-face with my provider. There have been times when I have gotten off track with my eating, and they provided resources to help me get back on the right path.

Why is it that I have to see three different people when I am scheduled up an appointment with one of them? Why do I have to keep repeating myself to each person? If I have an appointment with Stephanie, then it should just be with Stephanie.
