I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving from Stephanie Carlsen and the entire medical team. She takes time to explain everything to me. When I need something and inquire through "MyChart" the nurse always gets back to me quickly. I feel that my heart health is in good hands with both Stephanie Carlsen and her medical team.

All good. Exceeded expectations. She and assistant were both: Present, knowledgable of my case, and especially alert to and responsive to my new and serious symptoms; taking and ordering new tests, some from main hospital. (She even remembered my dog's name)

I was with St. Mary’s and now I’m switching everything to Renown. The service I get Renown is 100 times better than anything I ever had at St. Mary’s. And I’ve lived here for over 40 years.

Do to my circumstances I was pleased with the scheduling process. The ease of giving my lab work done was also completed with little effort. I really appreciated the quality of care and recognition that nurse practitioner Stephanie Carlsen had regarding my case. I felt that NP Carlsen was a competent medical professional and had my best interest in mind. Check out was easy and informative, and I appreciated all the personnel at the clinic. Due to the professionalism of all the staff there I think they should be recognized with an increase in pay.

Everyone was respectful helpful , was unbelievable on there high standard of care they have. You can feel there concern is genuine about there patients. Was a pleasure and will pick renown as often as possible for medical needs.
