I appreciate the guidance the receptionist in the Express area gave me regarding questions I had about the notification I received from Virtua and Medicare after my visit to Alpa Patel. I now understand why payment was declined

The staff all treat you with a welcoming smile and attitude. Stephanie PA. was so pleasant, kind and professional. You really feel well cared for and answer all your questions. I didn't get the receptionist name but she was so helpful in handling my "my chart problem ". I thank her very much.

The was very little waiting: I was taken to an exam room a few minutes after my arrival, initial intake was conducted immediately. My wait for examining physician was no longer than 5 minutes. She was thorough, exhibited concern and wrote instructions for PT for the staff in the CCRC I have recently moved to.

Hi, I thought my visit with the PA was excellent. I thought she explained things very clearly and in a method that I could understand. I thought that she gave good information and good suggestions for getting better and I really appreciated her taking care of me. She was excellent.

I am very nervous about my upcoming surgery, but Stephanie put me at ease. There is so much to remember but she was very thorough in her explanation as to medications, etc The young lady who did my X-rays was also pleasant and professional. I find your staff to be professional, friendly and caring!!

Everything was great. I just wish that someone would have recommended in-home PT for the first two weeks and I would have tried to find that earlier. That is the only thing. Otherwise, everybody has been terrific. Thank you.

She listened to me, wrote me a script for physical therapy for my knee, and x-rayed my hip to make sure I didn't need to begin treatment for that.

The physical assistant was excellent! She asked me questions and suggested riding a bike for exercise! Was very pleasant and caring! Wish I could remember her name. I would never go anywhere else.
