Dr. Sutphin was very understanding and caring during our recent video conference. She listen intently to my concerns and ordered the appropriate lab test. Once the results came back she let me know quickly. I am a very positive experience and would gladly use her services again.

Dr. Sutphin listened to what I had to say, recorded detailed information, asked follow-up questions, and gather necessary medical history. She narrowed down potential causes of my symptoms and ordered an x-ray to rule out a diagnosis. She put in a prescription for me, and and followed up to provide me the results of my x-ray. She was nice to work with and I felt she spent an appropriate amount of time with me and treated me with respect.

Dr. Sutphin was quite possibly the best provider I have interacted with in a very long time. Understanding she may not be my PCP, I appreciate her time, attention, ease of communication, and responses to any questions I conveyed via MyChart during the time of my first virtual visit and scheduled appointment with my new PCP through JHM. I was grateful that she talked me through her analysis. She told me the potential causes for my concern, why she believed they would or would not apply to my situation, and gave clear instructions on treatment. She answered questions patiently and clearly. We had pleasant and polite interactions.
