Everyone was so nice and efficient. I had ingrown toenails on both my big toes causing excruciating pain. Both ingrown toenails were removed in no time. I did not even have to wait to be seen. I highly recommend this establishment

The staff was efficient and friendly. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Mottl was able to diagnose and treat my elbow issue during my visit. Highly recommended.

Got an appointment quickly with minimal conversation. Most of all, because I was in the Baptist Health system I didn’t have to answer 50 redundant questions about my health history. The office staff, nurses, and assistants were friendly and efficient. I am a happy camper and recommend them. Dr. Mottl was great as well.

I recommend Baptist Orthopedics because they have competent doctors and staff, have near-term appointments and are at a convenient location in the complex next to the Baptist hospital in Fernandina Beach.

I saw Dr. Mottl and I was thrilled to see not only a Dr who takes his time with me but the entire office staff was also accommodating. They talked to me, explained the process and I didn’t feel rushed throughout my first appointment. It’s great to go into an office and see everyone happy and helping each other.

Dr. Steffano Mottl is one of the most capable and engaged physicians I've ever had. He spent over half an hour with me asking questions and probing my knee and thigh to find the reason for my condition. He used a sonogram (I think) to look at what's going on within the knee and thigh, always dictating his observations.
I've seen three orthopedic specialists within the past year and had an MRI (with injection). However, no one took the time to ask questions and look inside the knee and thigh like Dr. Mottl to arrive at a prognoses develop a treatment plan.
I'm very impressed by his patience, focus and logical thinking in approaching my condition.
