Ms. Osterloh always is prepared for the appointment, has reviewed my medical chart, and is ready to discuss current issues and concerns. She involves me in the conversation and provide provides excellent care. I have recommended her to friends who are now her patients.

My primary care provider was extremely helpful and always explains things that I am unsure about. I was really happy when she explained my next steps in care with clarity so I wasn't confused on where to go or what to do. I was happy she took my concerns seriously and took steps to address them.

Stefanie was professional with her assessments of my care. She explained my test results in a manner which was understandable for a non-medical trained person. She further explained the next steps required, the possibility of side effects, and the reason in which her decisions were the optimum choice. She was receptive to clarifying questions, and further explained my options.

RN Osterloh is the best provider I have ever had! She must be others best provider also. I have to schedule a month or more in advance. She is booked. What does that tell you? I don't mind the wait.

She was super! She was very bubbly, and extremely helpful! I was having difficulty getting two test wanted by two vascular surgeons. This issue had been confusing, because when one of the tests was presented, you couldn't have it if you had a gallbladder. I did and this brought a new element of concern and delay! Thank goodness for the doctor I had that day!

Stefanie Osterloh has been my care provider for a few years, and I cannot stress enough how great she is. I feel I can discuss anything with her and she will give me her best advice or will find the answer for me. She will be my provider as long as she is with Hopkins.

She is absolutely amazing. She is kind, prompt, and makes visits informational, educational, and fun (and funny). I am someone who is terrified of the doctors like some people are terrified of the dentist, and she makes every visit comfortable.

Stefanie Osterloh is phenomenal. I'm a medically complex patient and she ensures I have good instructions for when I need to rtn to hospital. I usually see her for hospital follow up or urgent visits. Any time I can't see [staff], I only want to see Stefanie Osterloh.
