I feel like Dr. Halley and her assistant is very polite, very easy to talk to. They were very professional at all times and always made sure that I knew what she was going to do before doing it. Dr. Halley made sure that I was very comfortable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don't think they could have done anything else to improve my visit.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Staples was incredibly thorough. She also validated the concerns I had raised with previous doctors, which was refreshing. It reassured me that I had been on the right path all along and even more importantly, that she is equipped to actually help me.

Dr Staples is very thorough and personable. My appointment wasn’t the easiest to navigate and she did wonderfully. Staff is amazing as well! They make a great team.

Everyone was nice, kind and sweet the day of my appointment from start to finish interaction. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Halley Staples. She made me feel welcome and respected. I am thankful to be her new patient.

Dr. Staples is a wonderful additional to this practice. I have been a patient for several of years and followed by different providers during the pregnancies of my two children. She was very timely, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her passionate for women’s health was undeniably seen in her ability to communicate with me during my visit.

Dr Staples was exceptionally thorough and caring in her attention to my symptoms. She took the time to fully understand my family medical history and the development of my symptoms. She thoroughly explained all the treatment options and then allowed me to ask questions and ultimately decide which I felt most comfortable trying. She also scheduled up a follow up appointment to check on how the treatment plan is working in a few months.

I just transferred to Dr. Staples & this was my second visit with her to try for VBAC & I’m just in awe with the care that she gives me!!! I feel completely safe with her decision making regarding my second pregnancy!

Great team. From the front desk to the assistant to the Doctor herself. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Dr. Staples and explained my results as they came in and asked my opinion about next steps.

Dr. Staples made me feel comfortable in talking about my condition. She listened intently and relayed possible procedures that I should look into for my issues. I did not feel rushed and felt hopeful after leaving. So glad my Primary referred me to Dr. Staples.

Dr. Staples was incredibly kind and diligent when conducting my well-woman exam. She answered my questions thoroughly about different testing and also walked me through all the steps of the exam before we started, which made me feel really comfortable and prepared.

Dr. Staples far exceeded my expectations. She was professional yet friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. And also was very professional. Everyone was above par except maybe the lady I checked out with and she was par.

Dr. Staples made me feel heard and even went over previous images with me that other providers had not shown me. She was thorough in explaining the next steps and asked me how I felt about her suggestions.
