My initial appointment with Dr. Bennis was canceled by her office and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks to get another appointment. The day of my initial appointment I had some difficulty being stuck in traffic, and although I called the office to explain that I am on my way, but would be late because of this (possibly 20-30 minutes) , my appointment was canceled by her office. I was unable to get another appointment for 3 weeks. I did call to tell them I was, unavoidably, held up in traffic (construction), but no concession was made to try to still see me that day.
