I think Dr. Stabel is a fantastic doctor and I just think the world of her and would recommend her to anyone else that was looking for a doctor.

I sat in the exam room, alone, for TWO hours! My time spent with Dr. Stabell was superb. She is very compassionate and takes full interest in my care and well being.

Dr Stabell went over all aspects of my care & asked questions at appropriate times. I feel like we planned my care together. That gives me the confidence that she listens to me & my concerns.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, it was excellent.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
In the past, I had to wait over an hour before Dr. Stabell came in the treatment room. That was not the case this time. I was told how long it would be for her to see me (30-35 minutes) and she was right on time. A big improvement in my wait time and I appreciate the effort that went into making this change. Thank you very much!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I still think that there is much that needs to be done to improve the wait time when you get back into the small room where the doctor comes in to see you. The doctor does take enough time with me, but she did not hear what I said about having a Blood Pressure Monitor and she talked way too long on something that happened 7 years ago and was not necessary to converse about for as long as she did, so that she almost forgot to re-take my blood pressure before leaving the room, I had to remind her for the 3rd time! She never told me anything about my blood work I had done, which I about, and I have had the same problem since 2007 and rarely come to the doctor, but she, on this visit, had to know in detail about the nerve pain I have had and the placement of that pain. It is funny to me, after all these years, she is just now asking?? I could say a couple more things but I am not! I have thought seriously about trying to find a new primary.

Be seen on time don’t text me 15 minutes before my appointment asking where I’m at knowing I won’t be seen for an hour and a half to two and a half hours

Dr. Stabell is always kind and answers questions carefully. I really appreciate the excellent care that I receive from Dr. Stabell and her staff. Dr. Bartly is another very kind person and if he sees me checking in or in the waiting room he always takes time to say Hi and ask about my health. AMS is such a kind, warm group of people!!!

Dr Stabell is perfectly thorough.

I was there for 2 hours. Waited one hour before seeing her. She was very thorough. I just wish I didn’t have to lose 2 hours of my day to see her. She’s a friend and has been my physician for over 30 years. She is so thorough but has a problem with time management. I was late picking up my granddaughters from school.

Dr, Kristen Stabell is an excellent doctor and I trust her judgement completely.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It would have been helpful to have had my appoint time met, I arrived at 2:15 for a 3:15 pm visit and did not get out of the office until 5:33 pm. She does tell her patients that she will spend as much time as needed with a patient and she has spent as much as 2 hrs. seeing me when I showed a marked decrease in health levels. She is an excellent doctor and I'd recommend her to anyone.

Dr Stabell is an excellent dpctor. Very good with all her patience. Has always had my best interest as number one importance. I would never second guess her opinion...she's the best doctor in our town.

Doctor should be given more time allowed between patience in case of emergencies.

Dr Kristan Stabell always takes the time to go through everything and listens to any of my issues. She’s very concerned about trying to keep me healthy. I love the care she gave my husband and really appreciate her watching out for me as well.
