I appreciate that the doctor is willing to take the time necessary with each patient. But that makes her run late all the time.

Dr. Kristen Stabell is very compassionate and understanding. She definitely treats you like she would a close relative or friend. I always leave there satisfied with my thorough exam. She is honest and encourages her patients to live a healthy ,and long life. Her suggestions are always sincerely appreciated.

Dr. Stabell is an amazing doctor. I have great confidence in her. It will be a sad day when she has to retire.

No other dr. that I’ve dealt with has done that.

I've been seeing Dr. Stabell since I was 14 or 15 years old And I'm 45 now, and she's been my doctor and been great. Always taken very good care of me.

Dr Stabell‘s Office and staff are just like old friends. She has been my Primary Physician for over 35 years. Despite some of the reasons for visits which can be troubling, it is always relieving knowing you will be listened to and treated as a person and not just a number! Thank you! You are much loved and appreciated.

I have been going to Alton Multi-Specialist since 1988. I have always liked the treatment I get and Dr. Stabel, Kristen Stabel is one of the best doctors and gives you the time you need and not rushed and explains and listens to you.

everyone was great from front desk to Dr. Stabell. She is very hands-on and up to date on everything. She spends time listening to your concerns and addressing them. We covered lots of information & feel very great about my choice of medical provider.

I sat in the exam room, alone, for TWO hours! My time spent with Dr. Stabell was superb. She is very compassionate and takes full interest in my care and well being.

Nothing, it was excellent.

In the past, I had to wait over an hour before Dr. Stabell came in the treatment room. That was not the case this time. I was told how long it would be for her to see me (30-35 minutes) and she was right on time. A big improvement in my wait time and I appreciate the effort that went into making this change. Thank you very much!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I still think that there is much that needs to be done to improve the wait time when you get back into the small room where the doctor comes in to see you. The doctor does take enough time with me, but she did not hear what I said about having a Blood Pressure Monitor and she talked way too long on something that happened 7 years ago and was not necessary to converse about for as long as she did, so that she almost forgot to re-take my blood pressure before leaving the room, I had to remind her for the 3rd time! She never told me anything about my blood work I had done, which I about, and I have had the same problem since 2007 and rarely come to the doctor, but she, on this visit, had to know in detail about the nerve pain I have had and the placement of that pain. It is funny to me, after all these years, she is just now asking?? I could say a couple more things but I am not! I have thought seriously about trying to find a new primary.

Be seen on time don’t text me 15 minutes before my appointment asking where I’m at knowing I won’t be seen for an hour and a half to two and a half hours
