What could have been done to improve your experience?
My appointment was for 1:45 called into exam room 2:45. Nurse said it would be at least another hour wait. Doctor came in came in at 3:45 and I was out at 4:05.This in s is not unusual it happens every time.

Dr Kris Stabell is very thorough with me and my husband and my family. She has great attention to detail and covers all aspects of my health care needs. She listens and encourages me to take good care of myself. I feel motivated and confident with her medical decisions on my behalf as well as for my husband and my family.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I cannot think of anything to improve my visit. Dr Kris Stabell was very thorough and did not seem rushed even though this tele health call was late on the day before a holiday. It is evident that Dr Kris Stabell is dedicated to providing the best care she can for her patients. I greatly appreciate all she does and all that this office does for me, my husband and our family. Thank you so much.

Dr. K. Stabell is always so kind. She listens intently and answers questions carefully asurred that I understand completely. A very pleasant visit thanks to the dr. and staff.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have never experienced a visit where I didn't have to wait past my appointment time. When I do get called back, I still wait. My appointment time was 330 pm and I did t see the Dr until 430. That is ridiculous in my book. I got out of there about 500. I understand that some appointments take longer than others, but even when I have the 1st appointment of the day, I still have to wait because she's late to work...seeing patients. I show up on time and I believe the Dr should also!

Everyone I encountered was excellent and, of course, Dr. Stabell. She is the absolute best in Alton. I have been a patient for 30 years and my mother was prior to that. If it weren’t for Dr. Stabell, I would seek a primary physician in St. LOUIS.

Dr. Stabell does an exceptional job of reviewing my tests results a sharing the results with me. She also listens to all of my questions and answers each one. She asked about my exercise routine and offers helpful suggest to my program. She is a very good doctor!
