Rachel is very easy to approach she took her time to explain things to me she also took time to let me know about other options that could be available explained her concerns and then gave me the time to explain what my concerns where I felt that she took time my appointment was not rushed I would recommend her

She needs to have more empathy and understanding. We are going through several changes and it is difficult enough without her being dismissive and giving off the feeling she was being bothered. If I really don’t need this surgery, I would not be going back. First and foremost I am a human being. Please treat me with respect and I will in turn give respect back.
