Annie Lowery’s bedside manner is truly exceptional and is what sets her apart from so many healthcare providers. From the moment she walks into the room, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients as people, not just their medical charts. She takes the time to listen, never makes you feel rushed, answers every question thoroughly, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She is compassionate, encouraging, and reassuring while still being honest and knowledgeable. You leave your appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident in your care. She is an incredible asset to SSM Health, and I feel fortunate to have her as part of my bariatric care team. Along with Dr. Erica Ibendahl and the entire Weight Management team in Centralia, they have truly changed my life.

I would not want someone struggling with weight loss/body image to feel worse about themselves after a checkup. Even the most minimal things like basic reminders and a little encouragement can get me right back on track and I did not receive that yesterday. I left saying to myself, "thank God I was too busy to make all my appointments." :/

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Treated me very well and asked a lot of questions and gave me a chance to get all of my questions answered. Even involved my husband in answering questions. Very pleased with her.
