Cheryl had been my primary doctor for over 20 years now. Even though her office has moved a few times, she has always has great staff and has always been a great doctor/friend.

My appointment was for 4pm. I was brought to my room and left alone to wait for my primary at around 4:20pm. My primary did not see me until 5:03pm. The SSM location we were at closed at 5pm. By the time my appointment finished, after 5:20pm, there was no staff there aside from my primary and her nurse.
To top everything off, my primary, Nicole Pedke, talked over me and cut me off on multiple occasions. I also didn't feel like I could get the care I deserved because she didn't manage her time. I felt my appointment was very rushed.
