The first visit I had the Dr went above and beyond with us. He was very professional and thorough. We had a long day and I know he was behind schedule and I even gave him an out to basically rush us in and out because we were just getting established for the future and instead of just getting us in and out he went through everything and was very attentive . I appreciated his willingness to listen to concerns that I had been blown off about in the past. I’m not a needy mom but when I have an actual concern I’ve been dismissed in the past and it really hurt and I felt very alone and lost without help at the time. I know this dr is very attentive and truly wants to help with concerns. He took the time to explain what I need to do in the future to avoid another seizure. I appreciated his willingness to listen to me.
