The tech, Mrs. Cladd, was delightful, knowledgeable and easy to relate to. She explained everything about the scan to me in advance and readily answered questions. We enjoyed chatting with each other in the down time as well. Very positive experience.

Every encounter that I have had within the Phoebe system has been above and beyond. No long waiting, staff has greeted me as if they’ve known me as a neighbor! I like the way the different teams genuinely like their jobs and working together.
