I needed to make changes in the appointment they made and I wanted to talk with Dr. T about huge list of labs I got but apparently that is NOT the way it works even though he stated to me I should call him with any questions. I'm not pleased with how the situation with my declining condition was explained by anyone. Nurse practitioner that called me back was the most helpful.

I thought that my visit was very good. The first button, button I pressed two, I didn't know there was a four available, and I would have given it a four instead of a two, but I didn't know it was going to be a four there. The exam was very thorough, and the review of my history, medical history, and upkeep has been excellent, and I strongly recommend this physician. Thank you.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant with check-in. I went back in a timely fashion speaking with the doctor. He answered every question that I had and he went over every medication and everything that he wanted me to do. He explained everything and made sure that I had a clear understanding.

I would just like to say that when you walk into the office and you tell 3 people that you are there for your appointment and they ask me my last name and said have a seat. 40 minutes go by and I get a call on my cell phone from the office telling me I had an appointment at 930 and I said yes I have been sitting here in the waiting room since 9:00. it was not very busy I am alway in and out but I guess the time I walked in the staff was pre occupied.. just think they should just keep an eye for who is seating in the waiting room. This was the first time it's happen usually everyone is very accommodating and I go right back. And Dr T is very informative!!!
