Dr Narayan listened to my questions, asked me follow up questions, then explained various effects my Parkinson's diagnosis & medicines have in my body's day-to-day functioning. She ordered a mammogram & a bone density scan. I am grateful she continued my statin prescription. She took her time with me, did not make me feel rushed or hurried.

I’m new to Renown from the moment I made my first phone call to schedule and get established I was impressed. The woman that scheduled my appointment listen to exactly what I was looking for. She was able to match me with a female provider in South Reno location. On top that was able to get me in on a same day appointment I didn’t expect that but what a blessing. I wish I wrote down her name since she exceeded my expectations and made a great impression of Renown. I was greeted with great care during my check in process from the receptionist who checked me. What I loved the most is that they walked me through it. I didn’t catch her name either. Nichols was the MA and he did a fantastic job. Even going to get my labs done at McCabe was great. The Renown Auxiliary staff made a lasting great impression. It’s the little positive interactions that make the difference.

I have had poor care from other providers, including Renown Urgent Care in Fallon. Dr. Narayan has restored my trust in the medical profession, an excellent MD, and very nice person.

I really liked Dr. Narayan because she listened to my concerns and I felt like she used good judgement in treating me. She took the time to look at my individual case and decide what treatment was good for me as an individual, not just by the book.

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Narayan, and the questions, the thoroughness of her making sure she's listening and checking up on us for our annual exam was very well done. It was excellent. She pays attention to details. She listens well. And she also tries to answer any questions you might have and encourages that process, which is so important. So, yes. We are very lucky to have her and I look forward to seeing her coming back after her maternity leave. So, thank you.

Our previous primary care physician, who my wife and I liked very much, left Renown because she did not get adequate support and was overworked. Before she left, she recommended Dr. Narayan. My wife and I both like Dr. Narayan and hope she is getting adequate support. It would be a shame to lose another top physician and have to switch again.

I am very pleased with Dr Narayan & her team. She listens to my concerns & recommends various options for treatment. She never hurries or cuts me off to conclude my visits. She does a recap of the visit before ending the appointment to make sure we agree on next steps. It was especially nice to be able to see her the same day I sought an appointment.

Dr. Narayan listens to me and is not afraid to check out my symptoms for herself. I feel she looks at the data from me and test results to make a diagnosis and treatment plan accurately. I feel comfortable entrusting her with my medical care
