I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT DR. SPYRATOS REVIEWED MY CHART SO HE WOULD BE WELL INFORMED ON MY MEDICAL HISTORY BEFORE COMING INTO THE EXAM ROOM. DURING THE ACTUAL VISIT HE WAS ATTENTATIVE TO WHAT I WAS SAYING. HIS DEMEANOR WAS ONE THAT PUT YOU AT EASE BUT ALSO LET YOU KNOW BY WHAT HE SAID THAT HE WAS WELL INFORMED ABOUT HIS FIELD OF EXPERTISE

For the reasons listed above, and I appreciated his cautionary decision to delay a colonoscopy until we could get definitive information about the date of my most recent procedure. I was able to get confirmation of those dates because of the diligence of one staff member at Advocate.
