Kate Springman is a most valued and much appreciated member of my medical team at the Indianapolis cancer center. I can count on her to response to my text outside normal business hours when I have a medical issue. Recently when I contracted Covid out of state and needed timely medical advice on a Sunday, she responded. She then subsequently assisted me through a secondary bacterial sinus infection.
During this particular visit on 3 Oct, both Kate and Dr. Ranganath are guiding me through a bad rash and treatment going forward. We certainly value Kate's employment at the cancer center. She is most thorough and thoughtful in taking care of my health care needs outside normal business hours and it is greatly appreciated!!

A few months ago, something didn't look right with one of my breasts. Kate could easily have told me to call the breast surgeon and get an appointment. Instead, she made a call and the surgeon saw me immediately. She withdrew quite a lot of fluid and then sent me to another doctor. I had an infection. If Kate hadn't gone out of her way to make phone calls and personally walk me to the breast surgeon, there could have been a different ending in store for me. She is always pleasant and always takes her time to give you the best experience possible in an oncology ward.

Katherine Springman is an OUTSTANDING NP. She is professional, very intelligent, thorough, efficient, courteous, caring, friendly, kind and demonstrates that the patient and his family are extremely important to her. Ms. Springman goes over all tests results, all health issues...explaining everything in a manner that all can understand. She always asks if you have any questions or concerns. You never leave an appointment with her feeling confused, ignored, or not knowing what is to come next with your care. She shares that she has shared info and consulted with your other doctors. She is the BEST. Patient and family are amazing with her abilities and caring attitude. We are grateful and blessed to have Ms. Springman on our medical team.
