The Dr. Was really nice and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and guided me through which would be the best option of care.

I saw Laiken Sprenger and she was good overall. She didn't introduce herself when she came in the room so I think that is one area for improvement.

I have nothing but praise for Ms. Sprenger. She was highly communicative throughout my visit, answered all of my (many) questions, and had exceptional bedside manner. She continued to ensure my comfort throughout my procedure. She is also just highly knowledgeable! I would recommend her to anyone.
