It was a little difficult being that I was a patient she had never met and I had never met her. So it was a little awkward at first, but she was, I found that Dr. Spellings was very courteous and let me know anything that was available to me and I found her very pleasant overall. It will take a while because I was, you know, with my other doctor for 25 years. So I have to get used to her. That's basically all I have to say on this. I just don't know her well enough. Is that okay? Hello?

The thought, time taken to get to know my son, his history and his disability was an outstanding meeting of minds for his care. I'm thrilled he will be under Dr. Spellings care.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Spellings. I was extremely impressed. Of course, it was impossible for her to know my complete and complex medical history. She really listened to me. I definitely appreciated her willingness to work with me on my complex medical issues. She addressed a current reoccurrance of SIBO. I'm back on the road to recovery from SIBO. Dr. ( ) was my dr. his entire career at Renown. He selected Dr. Spellings for me. She accepted me as a patient. I feel priviledged to have her as my Primary Care physician. Her MA was kind, courteous and professional. She knew her job. The receptionist was kind, put me at ease and quickly and efficiently checked me in. This was my FIRST time in this office, too.

Well, my only concern at the moment isn’t with the care providers themselves, but with where I’ll need to go for routine testing, such as a CT scan. I was told I may have to travel to Reno for that, which is farther than I’d really like to drive, especially when the hospital is just down the street. That’s definitely something I’d want to take into consideration.

This was my first experience at Renown with Dr. Spellings, after 40 years at Carson Medical Group. I must say I was incredibly impressed by Dr. Spellings and her attention to my initial visit. She was engaged and very knowledgeable. Our conversation flowed easily… I’m very pleased with my visit.

I love Dr. SPELLINGS, she is so thorough. I love that she was very nice, as well. I think I'm going to enjoy having a woman doctor again. Thank you. I've been shuffled around quite a bit, I do have hope that I won't get moved around for awhile.

I thought Dr. Spellings was an MD. I was very pleased with her. However, I really want, I need it, I don't have a regular doctor, so I'm looking for a regular doctor also. And I don't know if, I understand that she is not an MD, but I really liked her, though. However, as I repeat, I really want an MD doctor. Thank you.

Dr. spellings was the first doctor in a long time to really look at me and listen to me and consider my opinions and thoughts and history and not make me feel crazy and not focus on my weight but my history and my symptoms and just me in general.

I felt so overwhelmingly grateful for Dr. Spellings time with me. I feel like I may have a person who can help me navigate my complex medical issues that I can trust. And I can't tell you what that means, how grateful I am to have that feeling. I have very, I've had very bad experiences with the medical profession. And when I had Dr. Spellings in an appointment observing, I really liked her. And then after I went to her, I liked her even more. I recommended her to three neighbors and they've all switched to her as doctors in the last few weeks. And I just, I'm overwhelmed of how much I ⁇

The doctor was excellent. The doctors at that facility are excellent. Renowned entry points, AI, whatever it is, are really awful to deal with in a gut. It gets worse every time I go down there. You need to change that, make it less corporate, make it more friendly. Once you get to the doctors, they're fine, but the corporate approach to getting there is humiliating and difficult to maneuver and very impersonal.

The staff at Renown was very friendly and Dr. Stellings listened to me carefully and helped me, helped set up my primary with her, asked a lot of questions and worked with me, didn't rush me. She was very understanding and she was very graceful or how I could say she was very friendly, very understanding. And I'm glad to finally found a primary and I'm very happy with the facility. Thank you.

Finally, after living here 15 years, I think I found a doctor I may be able to trust. Dr. Billings has a good, professional staff who also communicate well. Dr. Billings is thorough, answered my questions clearly, treated me with respect please and overall put me at ease.
