What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
For a parent, this Office saw us at a scary and unsure time about the health of my child. Hands-down, they set my mind at ease and the mind of my child that he would be OK and they could help us would recommend to everyone I speak to.

Betsy was very concerned and cautious about my son’s anxiety around surgery. She took this into account as we discussed options and making him feel seen.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I felt as if, what I had to say did not matter. My son was seen on July 17th. She stated everything looked fine. He would have to get sick a few more times before anything else could be done. Getting strep 3 times in 7 weeks is a bit much. On July 20th, caden spiked a temp and complained of a sore throat. I will be calling Monday July 22nd for him to be seen again as I am positive he has strep again.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
After I saw her, I had severe no hearing with my left ear. Dr found a lot of wax in r ear but left ear was clear except the blocked area. She moved it a little more and I could hear just a little. Her concern was genuine. I will see her again soon to continue working on the blockage
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing she made it feel better and I understood more why I couldn't hear

I thought more could have been done initially to investigate the cause of my health issues, such as ordering imaging scans or taking a sample/biopsy.

Betsy did a wonderful job explaining what had happened to my ear, what we were going to do for it, and what would happen if that course of action did not work.

She was just very comforting and knowledgeable. She listened to our concerns and addressed all of them in such a caring manner, never felt so comfortable!

Yes! She was very concerned about my health and took extra time with me. She is very knowledgeable and wanted to help me feel better. She is excellent!! Very glad she’s with your office!!

She took time to care for my child and looked at her as a person not just another patient. She took the time to explain everything that was wrong as well.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Honestly nothing would have made it better because it went amazing.

She was every patient and kind. She answered all of my questions and explained everything so I could better understand everything that is going to happen. I couldn't be happier with how respectful she was with my son.

I really appreciated how caring and supportive Dr. Betsy was. She really took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and gave me informative feedback. I highly recommend Dr. Betsy for any of yours or your child(s) needs!

I was referred to see the office after an E.R.visit for possible further consultation. The Doctor was able to fit me in first thing that early morning, and I was very! Appreciative for that.
