My 1rst visit meeting Dr Spano was fantastic. She was very easy to communicate with and seemed to genuinely care. Looking forward to my 6 months follow up.

This is the first doctor's appt. I have been to in years when I was taken back right on time and was met shortly there after by the PA in all I was done in 3 minutes or less and I learned more than I ever thought about sleeping studies snoring, and what can be done. She was very thorough and professional but also very nice and kept me informed.

The provider was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous. They were very accommodating. And I was seen speedily and I was given time to answer all the questions and I got plenty of feedback. It was an overall great experience.

Seems like every time I come in there I end up feeling frustrated but the new PA took the time and she was excellent. I actually asked and requested for her.

I just wanted to say that Kim was so good at listening. She would ask questions and gave me enough time to answer. She took everything in. She was very sweet, very understanding, very helpful, compassionate. I've had her before and I love her. She's just a sweetheart and you're lucky to have her.

I'd like to say that the staff, the doctor, the nurse practitioner, everybody I've ever seen at that place has been absolutely wonderful. It's so easy to get an appointment or if I need to reschedule an appointment. Very helpful on every count. I live way up in Edwardsville. Their office is a good 35 to 40 minutes away and I gladly go see them anywhere because they're that good and that nice. Thank you.

Kimberly is very knowledgeable. She took the time and listened and answered all my questions and concerns. When I left I felt more at ease and confident. The staff were all friendly I did not have to wait long.

Staff is friendly and efficient. I waited about 30 mins to see physician. Kimberly explained he was with a new patient and I could see her for visit. I was fine with that. Good experience and would see Kimberly anytime in the future.

Provider was more thorough than previous provider in explaining my tests results, reason for CPAP referral and provided suggestions to help improve my use of the machine. I could see her passion and care for her patients in the quality of care provided.
