NP Kim was exceptional…very knowledgeable, explained my test results so I understood. And made suggestions for medicines which I appreciate bc I needed advice on changing my restless legs meds.

Kimberly Spano, NP, mentioned each body system and if I had any issues. I have several medical issues and with her mentioning all the systems, I feel that she is aware of my overall health care issues and needs, not only those relating directly to pulmonology/sleep apnea. I appreciate that. -

Nurse Kim was excellent. I had concerns about my diagnosis and she explained in detail why the diagnosis was accurate and helped me understand why I should continue with the proposed approach for care. She was most thoughtful and kind. I ask an unrelated question and she helped me understand it as well. I appreciate her patience and kindness.
