The front office/reception is rude and unwelcoming when arriving and checking out. Makes you feel like you’re bothering them.

Ms Sousa knows my file and spoke from knowledge; she was patient, advised me with practical moves I can make to decrease my stress and feel more in charge. She prescribed a new dosage for BP management and inspired confidence. She requested a quick followup
