Dr. Keeney is my favorite eye doctor. He is always friendly, and he took care of me during an emergency eye problem on a weekend. He doesn't mind answering my questions and makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

Very professional yet very friendly he’s very confident in what he does. He was able to answer all my questions and explain them in a manner that anyone would be able to understand. All of my experiences with Barnet Dulaney Perkins have been top notch. A great experience all the staff all the nurses, doctors, very proficient and friendly at all of the Two offices I have been to.

My eye examination with Dr. Keeney and staff was excellent - thorough with every step explained. Dr. Keeney explained cataract surgery to me and recommended an opthalmologist for the procedure. He also recommended some things I could do now for eye health - certain eye drops, etc.

Dr. Keeney takes the time to listen to his patients. Reads over their previous appointment notes, looks at you while speaking and working out a plan with the patient for their eye care. Dr. Keeney truly cares about his patient's well being.

This was a follow-up annual eye exam visit with Dr. Keeney, and everything went well. His assistant was knowledgeable and helpful in the basic eye exams and Dr. Keeney readily shared his knowledge and findings with me including a very-slight change in one eye's glasses prescription and he explained about the potential for slight scarring behind that eye's new (18 mos.) lens after cataract surgery in 2025 - apparently, I have a very slight scarring; not enough to treat now but if it worsens, he kindly explained it could be corrected. His team gave me my new prescription on paper so I can choose an optician for eye-glasses replacement, should I decide to do so. I look forward to my next annual visit next September.

He actually read my long history. That was a first!
He told me all kinds of facts I had not heard from other eye doctors. My husband and I were very favorably impressed.
I was not impressed by the long wait time. But that not his fault.
