I am a working individual. When I come in for an appointment before 8 am, and there is an employee “pep rally” while I am waiting in the exam room, I think it is extremely unprofessional and makes me wonder if they stop and think about those patients that have time constraints. I personally do not appreciate this behavior

You have more patients than you do Doctors. You either have to hurry up and say what you want your doctor to hear or wait until another appointment. I do love Jen Care and I don't want to leave but you need to care about your people and patients. A lot of us have had conversations about this and I don't know what's going on and whoever is in charge of this Jen Care now definitely is all about the numbers and not the patients. Thank you

EVERYONE from the time I walk in to the time I walk out is super. They take time with each person to care of every need. Dr Young listens to each issue I have. Then addresses them to the fullest. I feel they are concerned about every aspect of my well-being. Even the ones I don't think about.

Because I love my doctor and I love his nurse so I wouldn’t trade. I wouldn’t drink my doctor or the nurse for anything in the world. They’re both amazing.
