Dr. Reddy listens, has some knowledge of holistic treatments; takes care of ‘complaints’ on the same day. (Today the issue was possible urinary tract infection.) Confirmed and meds issued.

My initial encounter with Aleta, the great care and conversation with Asia while Toya was absent, to my ability to relate with and relay my concerns to Dr. Reddy. My prescriptions were provided quickly and Daneeka (Nika) was pleasant and caring. Thank you. Pleasant personalities and displays of concern and acts of compassion matter a lot and contribute to the care and healing of seniors especially. It's great when you encounter nice people with good dispositions along with great customer service. When that is no longer found at Dedicated Seniors, I will find care at at another facility. Even the security guard is always pleasant. Thank you to the team today.
