What made my experience a positive one is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff,the facility cleanliness, the activities and most of all I was very pleased with my new doctor she answered all my questions, explained everything to me so I could understand more about my health. The location is awesome

Train your Frontline staff teach them to follow up with phone calls. I had to call twice to explain I needed to get in as soon as possible. Nobody should have to do that. I’m also very disappointed with experience of a friend of mine. I literally picked her up off the Pharmacy floor after she’s been waiting to get a prescription and yet again it wasn’t there, after being told by your staff, it was please train the staff and simple courtesy feedback and follow up and check if the information is accurate and apologize when you make mistake everybody’s human and treat customers with respect

The staff was friendly.The Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable.The young lady who took my blood knew what she was doing.She only got one poke and she got the blood.The facility was nice and clean air condition.Everything was, everything was really good.Couldn't have found out one thing to complain about.Looking forward to coming back on my next visit in july

I left my PCP to come here because I was told they Seniors really get doctors that listen and pay attention to your concerns. I'm feeling a little skeptical.

You tell the doctors what's wrong with you they act like they scared to put their hands on you to see what's going on with you. They always says what might be wrong or they think what's going on

The visit was pretty quick since this was my first time seeing this doctor.

The guard, receptionist were right on point being courteous and professional and taking care of business. The nurse attended was courteous professional and knowledgeable. The doctor did not rush. He listened to me as I asked questions and answer them with knowledge. He also inserted information from my charts as far as any tests I had taken. I really appreciate the clinic.

Not only dedicated but these doctors need to find a way to address real pain issues and stop telling people they cannot prescribe the meds. They can at least give a small amount of low dose narcotic for breakthrough pain instead of not treating or under treating.
