You front staff needs better training at the Jencare south location, and no one likes to answer the phone. I might get a call back the next day saying they had a missed call from me

Staff is always helpful and welcoming, I am listened to and taken serious. I know I will get the help I need. I can call my doctor in between visits if I have questions, need refills on meds, etc

Dr. Muhammad is the best! She was very attentive and answered all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions. She has a great "bedside" manner. She's a definite asset to the clinic.
