Dr. Soto was very kind. He went over my medical history with me. He addressed the issue of my recent new arrhythmia and what to expect going forward- He gave me guidelines for what to do if I experience it again and the different ways it could be handled by the medical team if it persists. He was calming. It was a very good experience.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The only thing I am not sure of is what to expect when taking the electro cardiogram. It wasn’t explained and I didn’t ask the details of the test. I would like to know what the procedure is specifically.

My visit was absolutely wonderful. Every time I have come to this office, we're seen pretty well on our time of our appointment. Everybody is so courteous and I wish every doctor, every doctor was as pleasant and easy to understand and compassionate as Dr. Soto is. He's just absolutely wonderful. And if you're seeing him, you've had some heart issues. I really feel Dr. Soto has saved my life. I had AFib so bad and the ablation has just really, really helped. I praise and thank God daily for him.

It was a really nice experience. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone was very nice and I really liked the doctor. The team took care of me. So it was all very good. Thank you very much.

This was an unusual situation and once the issue was clear, the office addressed it properly. Particularly appreciated the level of knowledge and preparation of Dr. Soto.

Dr. Soto and his staff are excellent. I have every confidence in the world in Dr. Soto. He's very personable, explains everything where you can understand it. I went into the surgery with complete confidence because of the way he explained to me how things were going to go. I have a good experience every time I've been in there and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Soto is very patient and has a kind and caring disposition. His ability to make my issues easy to understand is meaningful to me. He also allows me to ask for his recommendation which I need. I have nothing but respect for his approach and that of the staff.

Dr. Soto and his team took time to understand my complex medical condition and took the right steps to find out the possible cause and treatment. We are still working on this, but I feel that I finally have a team that I can trust.
