I was very impressed with Sonia Burns, APRN that I saw for the results of my tests. They were busy with an emergency going on with another patient. She came to the waiting room and got me. She took me to the exam room to put my things down and was walking me to the scale to get my weight. One of the staff saw her and ran over and said she would do that and get my vitals. My very kind PA replied that she was capable of doing the things. She told her it does not bother me to chip in and help when she was needed. That was a wonderful thing to see. I use to be in the medical field before my TBI. So, I know those are the special ones. She was wonderful explaining everything to me. The staff checking in and checking out were excellent!

You go over everything with me and explain very clearly what you see, how some things may be improved, and other areas they need to watch and how I need to do certain things if different things may happen. You are very friendly, thorough and easy to reach if I need help. I am very impressed. You have explained things to me that I had never been told before that had been on prior records.
