virtua has made it almost impossible to reach any one by phone!! They put you on hold and no one ever picks up the line. I personally spent two hours and ten minutes on hold and got kicked of the phone!!!!

I waited in the waiting room for 45 min after leaving work early to be on time for my appt. My time is as valuable as the physicians time and waiting this long with no explanation is disrespectful.

Upon entering the office, I was greeted warmly. Dr. Patel, she was very attentive. She knew what she was talking about. She made me feel as though she was there to help me, which she did. She offered several suggestions to fix the problem that I've been experiencing. And overall, we made a decision on a path of clearing up and I feel happy that I actually made the appointment and that I actually seen it.

I had an amazing experience at this practice. Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The assistant was attentive and kind. The X-ray tech was so sweet. Lastly, Dr. Patel was amazing! So smart! She explained things to me in a way that I was able to understand. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel so comfortable. I'm so glad I found my new foot and ankle Dr.

You guys are ridiculous in the amount of follow up you send. Endless texts, emails and phone calls. I can see one or 2 but you guys must send 10 or 12. My god. BACK OFF. The doctors and help are great.

Your insta care was extremely lacking on all fronts. Even this Doctor was surprised at the poor discussion not to boot the fracture. But Doctor Patel was GREAT, listened, was kind and extremely comforting. After the treatment at NON insta care I was very worried. But she did a wonderful job making my feel and understanding the whole situation better. Very professional!

why are so many office staff employees so rude and disrespectful. Without patients they would not have jobs. I see this in many of the practices and often switch doctors so I don't have to deal with nasty staff

I was put at ease by Dr. Patel's attitude towards my condition. While I was more concerned about the appearance, Dr. Patel explained everything to me about it and how I can improve the healing process.

Every thing was perfect except the fact that I had to wait 55 MINUTES to see the doctor. She apologized for the delay, but it's still rude to keep someone that long. You don't steal time from others, there's too little of it left.

I went to another podiatrist initially. was disapointed. Did not want to go to another. I was convinced to make an appointment at Virtua. This doctor was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat.
