Would like to see more instructions on the summary - what the doctor said about my condition and what to do after/later. I am in my 80s and this on the summary would help me in remembering what the doctor said.

Dr. Solano is always very supportive and caring. He explains what to expect and what the treatment plan is going to be. He always welcomes questions and encourages me to contact the office after the visit if questions arise. His calm manner helps relieve my stress and anxiety.
