This was the second decompression surgery I had with Dr.Virk. He is a FANTASTIC surgeon the first surgery at No.Shore University Hospital
when Dr. Virk was affiliated with Northwell
An d now with h, a second decompression on a different disc level at HSS. Dr. Virk is the only spine surgeon I would go to and I was very happy to be a patient at HSS. The ENTIRE staff was great, inc. nurses, aides, etc. they made my stay very pleasant for both me and my husband who stayed overnite st the Helmsley Suites next door even providing him with 3 full meals every day. I was hesitant to go into NYC living on LI but I was extremely happy that I made the decision to continue my care with Dr. Virk and to go
to HSS.
