I originally had an appointment with a doctor in plantation. I was notified that my appointment was being canceled and rescheduled for six months later. I think it is ridiculous that we are not given courtesy when appointments were canceled by the doctor. I was lucky because I switched to Palm Beach Gardens and Dr Sobel.

I was disappointed (and resentful) following my cataract surgery (performed elsewhere) and determined to find out what happened, why it happened, and what to do about it. And I'm afraid I was abrupt and rude during the consult with Dr Sobel, who deserves an apology. She was super patient and respectful with me, and because of that, I have come to a much
