I have worked for a number of doctors in my working days. Dr. Snyder, by far, exceeds them all. He is always respectful, has never talked down to me, answers my questions in terms I can understand, and genuinely cares about his patients. This was my second knee replacement by Dr. Snyder and I always recommend him to people I meet in need of knee replacement. And I really appreciate my experience at Mercy. It is a great facility and everyone I encountered there was kind, respectful, and very helpful. FYI - Dr. Snyder performed my first surgery at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton. I made sure to find him to perform my second surgery. My experience at Mercy was wonderful. I will always recommend Dr. Snyder and Mercy Hospital. Thank you for caring about my surgical experience.

Dr. Snyder was great. He took time to explain my condition, showed me my x rays. Explained my options. Mentioned if I had questions or concerns to call the office. On the way out I met Heidi, she was so friendly and very helpful and said if I had any questions to give her a call. Great experience at Dr. Snyder’s office!!

Dr. Benjamin did knee surgery on my right knee at Cooley Dickinson in 2011. I found him at Mercy where I just had surgery on my left knee. I had never been to Mercy but I trust Dr. Snyder"s ability and care.
