She was incredibly rude to me. She acted like I was making up symptoms and would frequently snap on me. She’d cut me off when I tried telling her important details. She was short, condescending and honestly a really unhelpful provider. She didn’t explain anything to me. I brought a folder of information and she barely looked at it. Everything I said or asked seemed to be such an imposition - she’d scowl and roll her eyes. I was shaking and so nervous, she only made it worse. I was so uncomfortable and didn’t leave with any clarity from an appointment I had waited a year for. Such a disappointment.

Very convenient not a long drive to Michigan City from Valpo, clean, neat. Staff are kind and caring. Answer questions well.

The provider is rude and sarcastic. She does not make me feel comfortable. At first, going to her was okay but something changed. She argues with you in the exam room and does not make me feel valued at all. I have been considering for awhile switching providers and discontinuing see her.
