I really appreciated the time spent on my care, on my questions that I had, and the answers given. It was really a different experience, and I really enjoyed my experience.

I was very impressed with Sabore Smith. She broke down things in layman's terms and where you could really understand her and what she was trying to say and what she did say. I found her to be very professional, very patient, all of the above she showed and I was very impressed and I left knowing things that I did not know. I appreciated seeing her and will see her again.

The nurse practitioner, she was really, really nice. She was thorough. She didn't rush me. I just really appreciate her attention to detail. I mean, I really enjoyed the visit. She's a good nurse.

Everyone from the time I walked in was very nice, polite, and very understanding, and very helpful. From the front desk to the person who took my vitals and to the doctor, she was very nice. She explained when I asked questions to the best of her ability. And even if she didn't know certain things, she would look it up and explain it to me in a better way, out of medical terms, so I could get a better understanding. So I had a great experience, and I will be back.

Yes, the staff and the doctor was very compassionate and patient with me and very understanding and gave me insight in a lot of different areas. So I was very pleased with my visit. Thank you so much.

It's always good to have an physician that listen and who cares and understanding. And that's Shabori, I never got the chance for my mom to meet her. I wanted my mom to experience the care that I was receiving from Dr.Shabori. But unfortunately she passed. But I know she would've been in good hands

Shivori Smith provided excellent care. I feel like she actually listened to me. Never at any moment did I feel rushed or did I not feel heard. I look forward to the next visit and the time that I spend under the care of Sobori Smith.

I really felt like Dr. Smith really heard me and was willing to sit down and listen to my concerns and, you know, pay attention to what I was saying and sit with me until we had gone over everything. And I really appreciated that. And honestly, I usually do have that experience in that office. So I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciate it.

When I entered the office, everyone greeted me when I came in. And when I went back to the room, the doctor showed me and talked to me about everything that I needed to do to strengthen my health and went over my medication.

Everything about my experience with my provider was great. The staff was great. Nurse Shibori did very well in helping me with my issue and giving me the proper tools to help me feel better.

She was very attentive, very nice, and she listened to me. I've had bad experiences in the past where, you know, even my pain was ignored or, you know, they were kind of like dismissive, but she was really good. Her and Dr.are just like the best. I'm grateful that I got to see her while he's done, and I'm glad. She was very good. She listened and I felt really comfortable with her and the nurse.
