I really appreciated her taking the time to work with me and not make me feel rushed like she was trying to get out of there or go onto the next customer. She’s very knowledgeable and I really like her.

My visit with Dr. Smith was one of the most informational and helpful visits I have had in my entire life. I loved her attentiveness and her ability to explain things plain. I can tell she cares about patience and she does her best to help us understand. She was thorough, efficient and caring. And I feel she’s an excellent example of a medical professional.

Nurse Practitioner S. Smith was excellent in her care, time and treatment of my father. She listened and explained to my father and to me as his advocate. We hadn’t received that from his PCP. I appreciate NP Smith because of the care and time and empathy shown, my father seemed to gain better understanding of his health concerns. I was able to gain better understanding as well about my father’s health and the situation.

The nurse practitioner I saw was attentive, listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain things thoroughly, she made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient which I really appreciated.
