Dr Smith is very smart and she has a heart of gold. She's never in a rush to see me and to clearly explain every detail of my health to me and most importantly she'll listen to all of my concerns. Then she goes through them one by one to explain and to let me ask questions about each one.i always leaves her office with a clear understanding!

There is a Facebook page specifically for residents of West Ashley, Charleston, SC. Not long ago, someone new to the area asked for a recommendation for a primary care doc. I was happy to post a picture of Dr Patty's business card. Within 2 days, more than 20 people confirmed my suggestion. This whole part of Charleston loves her as their family doctor.

Doctor Smith is a rock star. So knowledgeable, personable and you absolutely know she has your best interests at heart and she factors your preferences and lifestyle into the care plan, which is so well explained. Please don't ever let her leave Roper! :)

Very rushed visit. Too much to cover. Reviewed everything too fast. This has never happened before and I hope it never does again. I'm still not sure about everything we covered but we have a 3 month follow up so hopefully will get some more time to discuss then.

Dr Smith worked me into the end of her long day after I messaged requesting an urgent sick visit. She listened to all of my concerns and symptoms, and she took her time examining me and coming up with a treatment plan that I was comfortable with.
