She cared. She was genuine. She is very helpful. She asked pertinent questions and had feedback and good answers. She wants to figure out more about stuff going on about symptoms I have or complaints I have with my body, and was not just OK with just leaving it at what I came in for my lower back.

Though it was weird that they didn’t take new X-rays to check on healing and she didn’t even feel my neck (I was there because of a fracture in C6). She had checked the X-rays I had 2 weeks after the initial break, but nothing recent. I’m not sure why the follow up in person visit was necessary… should could have just posted on My Chart that at 4 weeks I could start weaning from the neck brace.

This what’s my first time meeting the PA she was nice. She listened to what I had to say. She was empathetic. She explained things in the way that I will understand. She was not forceful. She made me feel my care was important and that was very big to me.
