Dr. Smirnoff is an outstanding neurologist and I can’t recommend her highly enough. When it comes to migraine care, she actually listens — she takes patient feedback seriously and tailors treatment to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. She carefully assesses each patient’s specific symptoms, triggers, and side effects to find the best opportunities for improvement and the most effective treatment available. She stays current on the most modern therapies, but she’s also thoughtful and cautious, taking care not to prescribe anything that could cause an allergic reaction or adverse effect. She explains her reasoning clearly, never rushes an appointment, and makes you feel like a partner in your own care rather than just another chart. Her office is responsive and follow-up is consistent, so you never feel left on your own between visits. Bianca and Nelly also deserve real credit, their admin support with medical documentation is outstanding, always prompt and thorough. If you’re dealing with migraines, this is the practice to go to.

Dr. Smirnoff is an exceptional Dr and she cares about all aspects of my health. I never feel rushed or dismissed. Though I dislike having migraines, I’m glad she is my specialist to help me.

Dr Smirnoff is an amazing physician. She knows my migraine condition, listened attentively to me and gave me the correct treatment with much skill and very quickly. On top of that she is very kind and compassionate. I am so happy she is treating me. I get migraines everyday and she helps me not get migraines as often.
