It felt like she talked down to me, treating me like I was a kid. I also didn’t get any warmth or interest in me as a person from her at all. She came in, barely said hello, and showed no warmth or interest.

The provider did not ask if I knew how to use onhaler, and I know this is ectremely importsnt for user to do it properly to get medication into lungs, just not in mouth. She did remind me why to rinse mouth after use.

The person who took my BP, etc. didn't let me get away with anything 😊 when my BP was too high. Reported it to Dr, took it again, has me following up with it from home, just like they should.

Anne and her nurse were awesome, unlike my Primary Care Dr. and her staff. I will probably try to find a new Primary Care Dr.
