What else would you like to say about your experience?
His knowledge was very, he's very knowledgeable about his job. He didn't seem, he did everything on the first visit and said I didn't need another visit. And that's very uncommon. I was very happy with him, I can just say that.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My wait was over an hour before I saw Dr Sloan, which seems quite extreme. However, once I was finally able to see him he spent about 30 minutes with me, which was much appreciated.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Staff were gracious and seemed to me to be working as a coordinated team and were very helpful to me. They were courteous and attentive. The doctor was welcoming and cordial. He explained the reasons for my pain and addressed them quickly and, I must say, effectively. I’m impressed with how gracious and kind everyone was.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I don't know if there is an improvement. Dr. Sloane and his nurses, they are go above and beyond. They are fabulous. Thank you.

I did not get called back in to see the doctor until an hour and a half after my appointment.

The only thing I want to say, I really respect Dr. Sloane. I think he is a very, very good doctor, his personality and all. That's all I have to say.

Dr. Sloan went out of his way to cut my nails and offer a solution to fungus nails and tightening ligaments in the bottom of my foot.

The receptionist, nurse and doctor were very helpful, cordial and attended to my needs very satisfactorily. I was totally pleased with the visit and the people involved with it.

Just wait time with a scheduled appointment was a bit long (1 hour 15 minutes) spent in waiting room not including pre-arrival request of 15 minutes

Dr.Sloan and his nurse excellent service, knowledgeable, courteous, nurse explained every detail about an upcoming surgery, Dr. was very amicable, articulate and showed me in detail what the procedure entailed

Everything was absolutely great, from check in to check out there was not anything left to be desired

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
It was a regular diabetic nail clipping so I have very few questions about it but Dr. Sloan never hesitates to answer any questions I have regarding foot care. I have never had any issues with his staff. They have been polite and helpful.

Dr.Sloan is arrogant and treated me so bad he triggered my PTSD. I do not want to go back but gave no choice.

Dr Sloan really made me feel at ease before a procedure that frightened me. He took care to reduce any pain and and the procedure was well worth it based on how much better I feel today. I’m not having any pain in my feet like I’ve had for months. And he’s very friendly and personable.

My visit went well. No concerns. Staff was attentive and took good care of me.
