Dr. Slezka explained things in terms for me to understand. He showed genuine concern for my situation. I especially appreciated how he sat at my eye level with kept eye contact when speaking with me. His clinical skills are amazing.

He asks and answers questions in a way I can understand easily. Is cautious and careful with care decisions. Never hurries through appointment. Just a nice guy who happens to be an excellent cardiologist. Big loss for St. Joes!

I always look forward to my appointment with Dr. Slezka. He is always prepared with understanding what has transpired with all of my other (4) doctors, the various medications I am taking, and thanks to Dr. Slezka, not my prior PC, where this should have been addressed, a successful weight loss plan was initiated and a referral to another specialist who has furthered my respiratory improvement. I trust Dr. Slezka wholeheartedly and feel much better thanks to him.

Sadly SLEZKA VOJTECH Informed me that he will be leaving St. Joseph Cardiology in the spring. Although I am not sure why he is leaving, St. Joe’s should try to keep him on. It will be hard for me to find another cardiologist as good as him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Slezka for over 21 years and this appointment was the first time I've seen him in several years. I realize he is extremely busy and even though his PAs have been wonderful caregivers, it was a real pleasure to see the Doctor who has been a hero IMO for me since he first took me on as his patient. Watertown area is extremely fortunate to have him as the leading cardiologist in the our north country area and I have nothing but praise for his continued service for our locality.
