Dr. Is very good at listening to my needs and figuring out more or less what I need..I hate to see him go that being said I know he will leave detailed notes to make the transition to a new provider easy on us all..Thank You Eric good luck

Dr. Slavin is the most caring and compassionate rheumatologist. For many reasons, I have made the drive to Grand Rapids from Muskegon to see him. He found issues with my liver before any other doctor did and saved my life. I will be forever indebted to him.

Dr.Slavin is the most professional and compassionate physician I've had the opportunity to work with in decades. His acute diagnostic skills have been a testament to his patience in listening and connecting the facts derived from testing and examination thoroughness. Dr Slavin's ability to treat me as a human being and not just a case number makes it comforting to be assessed in a wholistic manner. His commitment to finding best practices while reducing anxiety is a gift rarely found in physicians today. His departure from this practice is very sad. A serious loss.

Eric is probably my favorite doctor. Maybe of all time. He has a very warm bedside manner. He is very conversational and extremely kind and empathetic. He wants to know what I think and always take some sort of action to help address my chronic pain.
