Ralph took the time to explain everything in great detail. Also, he kept a lighthearted attitude and joked with me and my daughter keeping us feeling very relaxed.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I went to learn about how I should care for my ankle which they determined is not broken. Then I had to ask about if walking was OK-how much and how soon-if icing the ankle is OK-how often and how long, and OTC pain medication he recommends. I thought he would have given me those instructions without my many questions. No major problem, I just expected him to offer more instructions. .

Every1 was very friendly, kind and helpful. The waiting room, exam room & Xray area were very clean & well organized. Ralph was brilliant,very thorough, very friendly and explained everything really well.

All of the staff were professional and polite! The whole pre op for my hip replacement was remarkable. Everyone worked together and were very specific on what to do. Same doe post op!
