Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse/tech to the provider were so nice and helpful. This was my first time meeting Ralph as I had only seen the surgeon previously and he was amazing. He listened to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am beyond pleased with the care I have received

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Yeah, everything went exceptionally well. It's just a matter of getting the healing completed and I know Ralph seems to know exactly what transpires between knee surgeries and hip surgeries and it seems like he's well versed on the things that need to be done to get a person back and up and running again. So thanks again to Ralph and the other staff members. Thank you very much.

Everyone was so polite and professional. Ralph was pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. He was encouraging about my progress and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with the whole knee replacement process and all the staff have been professional, kind and caring. Great job!

DOCTOR SURE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE I WAS GIVEN. IT DID. NOT TAKE LONG TO FEEL MUCH BETTER. I WILL BE GOING BACK IF I HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH HIP.

My doctor was out on leave at this time. I saw her PA and he (Ralph Skitt) along with the staff on duty did an amazing job of attending my issue and setting me up with an appropriate treatment.
