Overall excellent medical services. Yes, one person served as barrier to my needs, but still, one person's will not stop me from saying this is the best Medical Center in Western Mass.

I appreciate Dr. Skalski as my PCP. He's easy to talk too which I feel is important. He's careful to go over results, etc. I hope he stays with you.
