I think that just about says it all. Very satisfied. I understand this provider is very busy so completly understand that he is on a time schuedule. For this reason I am prepared with my questions to keep things moving along. Provider is very patient and professional. I appreciate this.

This provider needs to be looked in to. Requiring a 6-month appt to keep prescribing acid reflux medicine is insane. All my other meds are managed through appropriate specialists. I shouldn’t need to be seen for 20 seconds every 6 months to approve acid reflux meds. He’s clearly a money grab. My appt yesterday should’ve never had to happen if they responded appropriately to my my chart message. There was no need for an appt with him.

Overall excellent medical services. Yes, one person served as barrier to my needs, but still, one person's will not stop me from saying this is the best Medical Center in Western Mass.
