Dr. Lapidus and staff are always caring, compassionate and understanding.

Dr. Lapidus was absolutely wonderful, awesome, understanding about my child's medical and mental conditions. She was very patient, very thorough, and she had, you know, just overwhelm, overall an amazing bedside manners with my daughter. And I am grateful for the time that she took to make sure that she was comfortable and that she was able to, you know, dissect information to us. So we're grateful for her.

Provider was great. Our appointment was at 2:30pm and we weren't seen until 4pm. Then as the doctor came in to exam us, the fire alarm went off. We had to wait over a month for this appointment and the wait time was terrible. Staff was friendly and MD was great.

We have built a special relationship with Dr. Lapidus. She was very helpful in helping us transition from Peds to Adult Rheumatologist. We will miss her very much.

The day after, the provider gave me a call and started talking about someone who was not my child, which makes me concerned that this provider is extremely disorganized and is then giving my child's confidential information to someone else. So definitely mindful of that. Also, we waited over an hour and we're not informed of this. And this is unfortunately something that has happened almost every single appointment. Time management is something that's important and a set time is important. And considering that this was pretty much one of the last appointments of the day, us waiting around is definitely something that's important to know how long it is going to take, especially if it is a virtual appointment and we are sitting around waiting and staring at the phone. It's very hard to keep a child sitting and waiting for a doctor.

Dr Lapidus was so thorough with her evaluation. She gave us great information and made sure to answer our questions. She really related well to my daughter and made her feel respected and understood.
