Dr Raman spent a lot of time with my wife, and I explaining the lifetime of a pacemaker and that the insurance companies will not replace the device until the voltage is 2.83 or lower times three

Dr. Raman was very thorough. He took his time. He consulted with my cardiologist. He was an excellent physician and he spent enormous amount of time studying my case, explaining to me, talking to my cardiologist with a lot of patients. I really appreciate that. Scheduling the visit was a pain going through the different call trees and getting to different people. I talked to seven different people before I could get the correct person to schedule the appointment. So that system needs to be improved for the scheduling part and your phone system. Thank you.
