Dr. Singh was a dream! I live in Melrose area and relayed my concern of my having to drive in busy Jacksonville and she was very gracious to see if she could get me anAppointment with another doctor in Gainsville which is closer for me to drive. I am 88 My daughter came all the way from Ashville, NC to take me to this appointment. We were both impressed by her! She and her staff are super people.

I appreciate Dr. Singh's care while doing the procedure as well as telling me what she was doing and specific information about what she saw on the screen while thoroughly checking my bladder after the procedure. I've had remarkable results as a result of this procedure. Many thanks to Dr. Singh for that!

Bedside manner was rushed. No introduction before female exam. Very short in answers. She knew my inability to get in the correct position before beginning the visit. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable with the situation. I wasn't permitted to resume a comfortable position before she started talking about referring me to another provider so they could do a biopsy in the Operating Room.I felt there was a lack of compassion
