the facility is comfortable and accomdating. my ride was able to work on his lap top for his remote job while i was being seen.

I want to say I love her so much. She did good with me. She make my life back to me. And I appreciate what she did because she respect me. She talking to me nicely, her and her assistant. Everyone from the woman who checked me to the woman that checked me were extremely nice and accommodating! Ladies in the front are always so nice and happy!! Overall a very pleasant experience. I think Dr. Kedika is AWESOME!!

Parking is terrible. Amazon has 2 rows for handicapped parking. You have 8 spaces. Something is wrong with that picture.

Your entire staff from the minute I signed in at the reception to being assisted, and then checked in, in the room, and then the doctor that came and attended with me, everything was excellent. They're very professional. I feel comfortable when I'm with them all. Thank you very much for the service.

Please explain to the medical assistants/nurses not take blood pressures the minute the patient gets into the exam room and sits down. Also proceeds to ask intake questions throughout the blood pressure assessment. My blood pressure reading did not reflect an accurate reading. The patient should sit for atleast 10 minutes quietly to obtain an accurate reading. The waiting area and exam room was very warm, stuffy and uncomfortable. The medical assistant and physician were very nice and informative.

Dr. Kedika was a kind concerned professional who spent a lot of time getting to know the details of my health history. This was my first appointment with her. The Hackensack Meridian Health facility is a beautiful new building. The staff was helpful in helping me navigate the hallways to get where I needed to go. The parking lot could be larger!

I must say this was certainly one of the best contacts with a doctor who listened as well as asking questions. The doctor was very professional yet very approachable . Knowledgeable and responsive to your concerns. This was my first visit and I am awaiting my next visit to discuss test results and the plan of action

It was my first visit and everything went very smooth. Everyone was very attentive, the staff, the lab, the doctor, and it was a very good experience. And I have an appointment to come back in three months.

Had lab tests done while there but dont have another appointment with the doctor until two months later. Some results of the test are abnormal and would hope they could be discussed with doctor sooner then that. Also -why do i have to wait if a treatment plan is to be done to have it happen.Just doesnt seem right to have to live with condition i have for that long witout treatment.

Parking is a problem due to the restaurants and other businesses. I use a cane and easily fall, the curbing in front of the entrance door is at least 4-5" high, and using a cane or wheelchair makes it difficult to get on the sidewalk. Not enough handicap parking. Doors are not electrified. Hard to open for the elderly using a cane or wheelchair.

Having been to another rheumatologist, I found my experience totally different this time. I felt comfortable and understood the plan we were clung to follow. Dr K was compassionate and took her time to make sure my husband and I understood what was going to take place

The facility was clean and beautiful. Each staff member I encountered was professional and very friendly. I felt well taken care of.
