Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sims was amazing! She went out of her way to explain all of my previous medical history that past doctors did not do a thorough job of explaining to me. She made me understand my condition and results better than anyone else has.

Both the nurse who initially attended me and Dr. Ashley were excellent!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I waited a significant amount of time between the nurse and when Dr. Ashley came in the room. This was the time I was given to change clothes. It was longer than I expected needing.

Dr Sims was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. She didn’t rush through anything.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sims was very informative about my condition. I learned so much. I had a visit 1 year ago for the same condition and did not get this level of attention.

Dr. Sims took the time to explain everything to my daughter. I really appreciated that as it was her first visit and she was nervous.

Ashley was great. She made sure I understood all my opinions and allowed me to feel comfortable making the decisions about my own health care. Thanks you Ashley and I will see you again.

Dr Sims was one of the most kindness and caring Obgyn I have ever seen I have dealt with trauma and she was very patient and understanding

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sims spent a long time with me. And was very thorough with checking me all around. That's rare with many doctors in my experience. I also explained I was on a time contraint and the got me in asap!

Dr. Sims, herself! She was caring-ly polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. I am glad I made the switch and I will definitely be referring all of my female family members!

Dr. Sims was very kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
My wait time was 27 mins for a 5 min appointment. I was in no rush so i personally wasn’t that upset but it would have been nice to be told there was going to be a wait.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sims helped explain all of my different options on medication for pregnancy prevention. She was very educated on each one and answered all my questions. This was probably one of the best experiences I have had at a doctor’s appointment. The front desk staff and nurse were very helpful in directing me since it was my first time at the facility.

Dr. Sims was kind, made me feel comfortable, and took her time explaining all my options to me thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable as well and presented all the pros and cons of every option Thank you so much for making my first experience with BJC Women’s Care so easy and comfortable!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Sims was terrific! She introduced herself and we shook hands! She asked about the reason for my visit and listened to all of my concerns. Really listened! She was very gentle and told me what would happen before she did it. She gave me referrals and told me who and why. This was my first visit with Dr. Sims. I’ll be back to see her again and will recommend her to my family and friends. (The office staff and her staff were very polite and informative. )

Dr. Sim's was the first doctor I've had that truly seemed to care about my concerns and wanted to come up with a treatment to help me.

Dr Sims is excellent! She asked many questions to clarify my issues and what I needed. Very caring and patient. She made sure I understood what my body was doing and how to take care of the problems, and recommended follow-up. I feel confident in her care of me.

The feeling of not being rushed in and out was great. I really feel that Dr. Simms gave me all her attention.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
As my first visit to this practice, I found it very inviting, inclusive and safe. Everyone seemed mindful of patients welbeing and personal boundries, anticipating needs before they arose. Each staff member was pleasant and helpful. A very nice, neutral first experience, which I appreciate.

Dr Sims was AWESOME! Even though she is a new doctor she is very knowledgeable, caring & thorough. Her MA was kind also.
