I especially liked the timely attention of keeping on track of scheduled appointments and beings called within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment. I also love my doctors attention when I talked to her about my concerns. She listened to me !!!! I also did not feel rushed to end my time with Dr. Rossi so she could move on to the next patient

Dr. Rossi's expertise and compassion are second to none. She is a brilliant physician who listens and communicates completely. I trust her implicitly. Her staff is friendly, polite, professional and efficient.

My visit was extremely well handled. I was having technical difficulties and the nurse assistant, I believe, was able to talk me through the steps. And then when Dr. Rossi got on the line, she was absolutely fantastic. She was looking at test results. She knew what was going on and she was very helpful. At the end of the call, they called me back to get some more information for my file. And I thought the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Thank you.

Dr Rossi is the best! Not only has she gotten my issue under control but she is always there for me. Love her!! She is also a wonderful human being. Her entire staff is top notch too. Excellent people!

First time with Dr. Rossi and she blew me away....An actual doctor who listens and understands my needs. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I make my appointments when I leave one appointment for the next, but invariably the office cancels and it's work to get rescheduled and it adds months to my wait time. It's happened this way almost every appointment I've had with her since moving to Virtua. But she is cheerful and positive and an incredible doctor on all fronts. I followed her from her last practice. She has the bedside manner of a saint!

This appointment had been canceled 3 times. Rescheduling is impossible. No one in scheduling returns phone calls.

Dr. Rossi takes the time to explain test results thoroughly. I always know exactly what is going on. I appreciate her use of "layman" terms when she explains things so that I can understand.

I think Dr. Simona is a fabulous, wonderful, caring, loving, and I can't begin to say how awesome she is of a doctor. I would recommend any body to her. She is very highly professional and I love her with all my heart. She is a fabulous doctor.
